Manage SIP endpoint resources. Standard CRUD with PUT updates and address listing.

Access via client.fabric.sip_endpoints on a RestClient instance.

This is the top-level SIP endpoint resource. For managing SIP endpoints belonging to a specific subscriber, use client.fabric.subscribers.list_sip_endpoints() and related methods instead.
