A Space can be suspended for two reasons:
Fraud: SignalWire will proactively suspend accounts that are violating SignalWire’s Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. Our Fraud Department will reach out to discuss any alerts or notifications of suspected fraud and will assist in the correction or justification for permanent suspension.
Billing: If a space is unable to top up due to a lack of credit card or balance related issues, SignalWire may suspend the account while attempting to reach the space administrator to address top up issues.
