What is the status of my Campaign/Brand?


You can check the status of your Brand/Campaign by visiting the Messaging Campaigns section in your dashboard. From there you will find a Brand tab and Campaign tab which you can navigate through and find your desired Brand/Campaign. You will find the “Status” field which will be updated as your registration progresses. You will also be updated throughout every step of the registration process through the support ticket that opens once a Brand/Campaign is created.
