SignalWire understands the fluid nature of our customers' businesses and works to ensure that security and number ownership is always prioritized. Both the losing (space that is losing the phone number) and the gaining (space receiving the new number) account need to confirm that a number is approved to be transferred to a new Space for it to be accepted by the Support team. If you own both spaces, please reach out from both accounts to Support to confirm the transfer.
