No, the mobile carriers and DCAs no longer allow one company to register a single Brand/Campaign and send SMS messages on behalf of multiple other companies. They require each company to have their very own Brand/Campaign with their specific company/sending information. This is so the upstream carriers can properly vet/review each company and their associated content. Registering a single Brand/Campaign is possible under very specific circumstances, reach out to our carrier support team to see if your use-case would be accepted.
