Let us handle it.

Some messaging providers have downplayed the significance and provided incomplete or misleading information regarding A2P 10DLC, The Campaign Registry, and how it will affect your messaging campaigns. Now that it is clear that these changes are imminent, they have made offers to cover the new fees until May 1 in an attempt to save face.

SignalWire will match this offer by covering your T-Mobile NAF fees (see below for full breakdown) until May 1, 2021.

In addition, SignalWire will also cover the following Campaign Registry fees.

  • Brand Registration fees of $4.00 will be covered by SignalWire.
  • Campaign Registration fees of $10 will also be covered by SignalWire.

Carrier Updates

T-Mobile has announced new fees and additional compliance requirements for sending SMS and MMS via long code (10DLC) numbers beginning April 1st, 2021. Below is a quick overview of the fees with more details in this blog.

NAF’s (Network Access Fee) beginning April 1st, 2021:

$0.003 - per SMS message (Inbound & Outbound)

$0.01 - per MMS message (Inbound & Outbound)

Campaign Registration:

$50 one-time fee per campaign (this is in addition to the $10 monthly recurring campaign fee paid to The Campaign Registry). This has been postponed to a future date to be determined.

If you use number pooling and have 50 or more phone numbers associated with your brand (company), T-Mobile will charge a one-time fee of $5,000 beginning at a future date yet to be determined.
