Get started before May 1st and SignalWire will get your brand and campaign(s) into The Campaign Registry and help cover your initial fees.
T-Mobile has announced new fees and additional compliance requirements for sending SMS and MMS via long code (10DLC) numbers beginning April 1st, 2021. Below is a quick overview of the fees with more details in this blog.
NAF’s (Network Access Fee) beginning April 1st, 2021:
$0.003 - per SMS message (Inbound & Outbound)
$0.01 - per MMS message (Inbound & Outbound)
Campaign Registration:
$50 one-time fee per campaign (this is in addition to the $10 monthly recurring campaign fee paid to The Campaign Registry). This has been postponed to a future date to be determined.
If you use number pooling and have 50 or more phone numbers associated with your brand (company), T-Mobile will charge a one-time fee of $5,000 beginning at a future date yet to be determined.
We understand that these are big changes but SignalWire is here to help you and ease the migration. As outlined above, we will be absorbing many of the charges to ease your transition.
