Helping to troubleshoot calls
As you continue to develop your skills as a moderator, you may notice some ongoing responsibilities to help your guest participants during calls.
In general, you should practice to ensure you are familiar with:
- managing audio quality by muting callers as participants and managing through hand raising
- granting guest participants with the privileges associated with screen sharing into the conference
- potentially having a "buddy" to help monitor text chats or even to grant moderator privileges to in order to help with technical aspects as you are running the meeting
