# reset

> Reset the SWML document to an empty state.

Resets the document to an empty SWML structure (`{ version: '1.0.0', sections: { main: [] } }`).

## **Parameters**

This method takes no parameters.

## **Returns**

`this` -- The builder instance for method chaining.

## **Example**
