Prefer the named convenience methods ([`connect()`][connect], [`hangup()`][hangup], [`say()`][say], etc.) for common operations. ## **Parameters** **`name`** `string` — required Action type identifier (e.g., `"hold"`, `"hangup"`, `"set_global_data"`). --- **`data`** `unknown` — required Action payload.
