# hasSkill

> Check whether a specific skill is currently loaded on the agent.

Check whether a skill with the given name is currently loaded.

## **Parameters**

**`skillName`** `SkillNameOrString` — required

Skill name to check. Built-in names autocomplete; any other string is
accepted.

## **Returns**

`boolean` -- `true` if the skill is loaded, `false` otherwise.

## **Example**
