Creator of FreeSWITCH and a pioneer in the advanced communications industry. At SignalWire, Anthony is now bringing his vision of the next generation of communications to the mainstream and working together with some of the great minds and personalities of the industry.
CTO
An expert in microservices and realtime cloud architectures, with 15+ years of experience in telecom and startups. Evan helped create and grow the RingPlus MVNO from initial conception to 120k+ mobile users and founded an AI-backed realtime voice company.
EVP of Operations
Chris brings over 20 years of product management and go-to-market experience from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, including Apple, Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Oracle, and Barracuda Networks. His expertise includes an IPO, P&L, HW, SW, cloud, data science, and turning around a start-up to a successful acquisition.
SVP of Global Sales
Jamie is a strategic revenue leader with 20+ years of sales and leadership experience across start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, building and scaling teams with an emphasis on strong culture and a customer-centric approach. Jamie has also started and sold his own Fintech company.
VP of Finance and Business Success
Jill has a career spanning 15 years working with Software-Defined Telecom. Previously, she oversaw the financial growth of FreeSWITCH Solutions LLC leading to its acquisition by SignalWire in 2018. At SignalWire, as a veteran of the remote work movement, she continues to help build the foundation of the business with a focus on financial affairs and human resources.
VP of Engineering
Christopher is lead of the engineering team, which is responsible for building the SignalWire platform. Prior to joining SignalWire, Chris was the director of engineering for voice systems at Grasshopper.
VP of People Operations
A startup veteran, Kacy built and oversaw the People Operations function at multiple companies prior to joining SignalWire. She is responsible for building out the SignalWire team and ensuring all employees have a fulfilling and supportive place to work.
Chief Architect
An experienced full-stack engineer and developer with 20+ years in the industry across a wide range of fields. Before SignalWire, he co-founded the small business telecommunications platform Felix, helped build, scale, and innovate for RingPlus, a nationwide wireless MVNO, and founded other successful companies in many areas such as point of sale service and the education industry.
Head of Product
Muriel has over 12 years of product management experience in the technology industry. She has a proven track record of growing successful products, including launching new travel APIs and integrating UCAS solutions for healthcare providers at her previous companies. As the Head of Product at SignalWire, Muriel is now focused on delivering solutions that empower developers and transform communication experience for businesses across industries.
Head of Marketing
An experienced B2B marketer with over 20 years in all aspects of marketing including demand generation, branding, strategy, content, search, product, social, email, digital, account-based marketing, and more. Using an agile, test-based approach, her team optimizes the customer experience to increase pipeline. Before joining SignalWire, Dixiana has held leadership roles at Apple, Ironpaper, Forrest Solutions, WageWorks, and J. Walter Thompson.
Head of Product Marketing
Yael leads the Product Marketing team at SignalWire, focusing on developing high-impact messaging, accelerating product adoption, and driving customer and revenue growth. With over a decade of experience in B2B Product Marketing, Yael has held senior marketing roles at Google, Pandora, EZ Texting, and Cyxtera, where she honed her ability to deeply understand customer needs, position products in competitive markets, and craft distinctive brand stories.
Director of Business Operations & Strategy
Catelyn brings nearly 15 years of experience in complex program management and growth marketing initiatives to SignalWire. She is responsible for building and driving core operational processes as well as overseeing key strategic programs, focusing largely on go-to-market efforts. Having worked at both Fortune 100 companies and small, privately-held firms, she understands the value and impact created through scalable operational strategy and execution.
Director of Support & Head of Developer Experience
One of the founders of the FreeSWITCH open source project, and an advanced communications pioneer. A key player in helping SignalWire to build a cutting edge platform that will disrupt the telecommunications status quo. In his role as director of support, Brian enjoys interacting with and helping customers to solve some of the unique challenges they encounter.
Director of Strategy and Partnerships
Tom has 15 years of experience in technology, analysis, and global operations including work with Fortune 500 companies in the legal, financial, and art worlds. At SignalWire, he showcases and evangelizes SignalWire’s technology through integrations, marketplaces, and partnerships with businesses and providers committed to the evolution of real-time communications.
Director of Carrier Operations
Before joining SignalWire Steve spent 17 years leading network operations at a regional CLEC, where he was responsible for overseeing the PSTN connections and also the HPBX product. An expert with all things VoIP, at SignalWire he is responsible for voice and messaging connections to the outside world, and working closely with the product team to help ensure we are leaders in the industry.

With over 15 years of support experience, Jason is responsible for managing day to day support operations and inventing innovative ways to help our customers succeed.

Luca has 15 years of experience in real time communications consulting with Fortune 500 clients, building large scale platforms with attention to detail and performance. At SignalWire, he leads a team that is responsible for helping customers use our APIs to ensure the best outcome in any project, from design, to proof-of-concept work and deeper technical dives.
